Jobseek uses WooCommerce registration system. If something is wrong with the "Login / Sign Up" page - go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced, and make sure you have My Account Page set, as well as other pages.

You can disable login / register and logout links at Appearance > Customize > Menus > Login / Logout Links.
